Expectation
Land administration is the root of all civil affairs, pioneer of all national constructions, and for the protection of people's properties.
Implementation of land administration shall rely on sophisticated legal provisions and regulations for better control, protection and maintenance of people's properties.
With the technological development and social structural changes, people have been demanding higher and higher executive efficiency and service standards with great expectations.
To meet that challenge, our colleagues have been seeking self-improvement and executive innovations on a continuous basis in order to provide perfect services to the satisfaction of our people.

Introduction of this office
History of organization:
This office used to be 「 Sinying Court Registration Bureau of Tainan 」 when Taiwan is under Japanese control.
And it becomes Sinying Land Administrative Office at November 1st, 1946, after Taiwan 's restoration. At first, we use Yanshuei town's office as a temporary work place.
The district of this office includes Sinying, Yanshuei, Liouying, Baihe, Dongshan, Houbi six counties and towns. We started to build our new office at present address, 1954.
We changed our name into [Yanshuei Land Administrative Office] at April 1st, 1955. Besides, Baihe, Dongshan, Houbi three counties and towns put under [Baihe Land Administrative Office] at March 1st, 1971.
In February, 1988, according to the increase of business and office equipments are old, the room here was not big enough.
We rebuilt a new office at the same address. The new building finished in late August, 1990.
